Job Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – Utah

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Millcreek, Utah

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week, 13-week assignment. Four weekend shifts required per 4-week period.

Highlights:

• Float role between Main Emergency Department (32 beds) and Freestanding Emergency Departments (10 and 12 beds)
• 4:1 patient ratio with team nursing model supported by paramedics, EMTs, and dedicated unit secretaries
• Exposure to high-acuity procedures including intubations, chest tubes, and central lines
• Epic documentation system for streamlined charting and patient care coordination
• No on-call requirements; float limited to ED and FSED locations only

Requirements:

• Active RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• PALS or ENPC certification required
• TNCC certification required
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required
• Strong multitasking skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to patient experience through courtesy and attentive listening
