About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects in Colorado. This position replaces a promoted internal team member — a testament to our company’s commitment to developing and advancing our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects ranging from $20M–$60M.
- Manage operations in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal disruption.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain open communication with clients, project managers, and design teams.
- Enforce company safety standards and jobsite documentation protocols.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of General Superintendent Experience
- Proven healthcare construction experience is required.
- Strong background in managing large, complex, and occupied medical facility projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay temporarily on-site (housing or RV expenses reimbursed).
