Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop business for service sales to include planned maintenance agreements for generators and associated services.
- Build relationships with potential customers.
- Follow-up on outstanding opportunities in the power generation market, while developing brand awareness.
- Prospect, qualify, quote, and close the sales of planned maintenance agreements and sold services to existing and potential commercial and industrial customers.
- Provide weekly contact and quote reports as well as customer follow up information documented in our CRM software.
Requirements:
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency and drive for success and considers themselves competitive in nature who likes to work in a team setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Documented clean driving record.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years of outside sales experience.
- Emergency power generation, HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required and will be taught.
- A proven track record of closing sales, obtaining new business and strong relationship maintenance.
- Excellent customer follow-up, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- College (not required but a plus), High School Diploma, Vo-Tech.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to travel.
