Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk. This role is responsible for accurately applying customer payments, reconciling transactions, and maintaining organized financial records. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning a career in accounting or finance.
Responsibilities:

Apply customer payments to appropriate accounts

Reconcile daily receipts, checks, wire transfers, and credit card transactions

Research and resolve payment discrepancies

Maintain accurate and organized records

Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software

Effective communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
