Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing expert insurance guidance.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client circumstances and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate policy details and addressing any inquiries promptly.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for agency growth and client retention.

Requirements

• Active Utah Property & Casualty License (Required).
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A genuine desire to help others and understand their needs.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
• A self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills.
