About the Role

Movement for Life Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Maria, CA. We offer mentorship for new grads, specialty support, and flexible scheduling in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

  • Full-time preferred, 40 hours per week

  • Part-time and PRN candidates considered

Caseload & Specialty Areas

  • Diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload, including:

    • Sports injuries

    • Pre and post-operative rehabilitation

    • Injury prevention and performance conditioning

  • Specialty areas supported, including:

    • Blood Flow Restriction Therapy

    • Hand Therapy

    • Pediatrics

New grads are welcome! Mentorship is available to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Work Schedule

  • Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Flexible scheduling available: 4x10s or 5x8s

  • No weekends or holidays!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience and specialty certifications)

Job Requirements

  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)

  • California PT licensure or eligibility

  • New grads welcome – mentorship available

  • Must be legally able to work in the United States without restriction
