What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mowing and routine lawn maintenance
- Softscaping (mulch, plant installs, trimming, bed work, weeding, clean ups)
- Hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, edging, installs)
- Working as part of a team to make properties look their absolute best

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in mowing, softscape or hardscape work (one or all is great)
- Someone who shows up on time, works hard and can work on a team
- Takes pride in quality work and clean finishes
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to follow direction but also work independently when needed
- Communication skill, respectful of person, property and work
- Accountability and honesty with fellow workers and management
