Description
Set up and monitor all looms ensuring the consistency and quality of the fabrics produced to their optimum performance.
Maintain and repair looms as and when required to the approved maintenance standard.
Train and develop technical skills within the production environment ensuring all personnel achieve the best possible production targets.
Work with Facilities Manager to ensure that production plan targets are met.
Work with Health & Safety and Quality personnel to ensure the effective performance of the quality system.
Ensure effective communication of maintenance schedules and breakdowns with production technician and advise of any trends in breakdown of looms.
