Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Schedule: Full-Time (Days & Nights Available) | Rotating Weekends

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $32.95 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic, patient-focused team at a well-established acute care hospital in Fredericksburg, VA. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and recommend appropriate interventions
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and airway clearance treatments
  • Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation, including artificial airway support
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff during emergencies and critical care situations
  • Assist with neonatal stabilization during deliveries
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment in compliance with safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

  • Credential: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) (active state license required)
  • Education: Associate degree or completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program
  • Certification: BCLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, responsiveness in high-pressure situations, and excellent teamwork abilities
