???? Ready to Drive Change? Hello, superstar! ???? Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Representative to join our Customer Service Division. At DVS, you're not just answering phones - you're helping people get to the care they need. ????
???? The Mission As a Customer Representative, you'll assist 30-50 callers daily, helping them manage their healthcare. You're doing all the things, changing doctors, ordering new cards, helping to schedule appointments, and just generally being their health insurance wizard.
???? The Details
- ????You MUST reside in PA or OH, those are the only two states we are currently hiring from. (Live else where? Check out our other job listings)
- ???? Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- ⏰ 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST
- ???? 2-week orientation to get you fully prepared
- ???? Starting wage: $17/hour
