Each year, Prov supports hundreds of thousands of individuals as they pursue professional licensing. As part of this process, our Proctors and Onboarding Agents play a crucial role in guiding candidates through remote exams taken from home, work, or other secure locations.

Position Overview: Customer Service Advocate Location: In-office (Sandy, Utah) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM MT Employment Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hour Expected Hours: 40 hours/week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to candidates
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and assist candidates as needed
  • Answer inbound calls & chats, and provide clear helpful information to test takers
  • Any duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient with computers and able to resolve minor tech issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Eager to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service

Work Environment: This is a fully in-person position based in our Sandy, UT office.

Relocation: Candidates must be able to relocate to Sandy, UT 84070 prior to starting.
