• Utilize a multi-line phone system to handle customer communications effectively.
• Support various administrative functions to streamline operations.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry roles.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and telephone support.
• Strong typing and numeric data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with dispatching processes and creating service tickets.
