What You'll Do
As a valued member of our team, youll have the opportunity to:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive interventions
- Monitor patient progress and make meaningful adjustments
- Collaborate with referring providers and fellow therapists for holistic care
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and wellness
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in a streamlined EMR system
Who You Are
You're a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist who thrives in a patient-first environment. You want more than a jobyou want a workplace where your voice matters and your care makes a difference.
Qualifications:
- Current NY State PT license (or eligibility)
- DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Passion for delivering hands-on, personalized care
- Open to new gradsmentorship available!
Requirements:
- CPR certification
- Basic computer/EMR proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible weekday hours (NO weekends)
