Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-5
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide communication strategies

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant state licensure
• Experience working with children in grades K-5, ideally within a school setting
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development milestones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize responsibilities effectively
