The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of Box Express by selling logistics and courier services, acquiring new clients, maintaining and strengthening existing accounts, and generating new business opportunities. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets and strengthens the company’s market positioning.
This position requires a highly results-oriented professional with strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills, capable of identifying customer needs and offering efficient, customized logistics solutions.
Requirements:

Valid work authorization documents

Clean driver’s license (must be able to drive a company vehicle)

Territory: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties

Sales experience

Basic knowledge of Excel and Word (for reports and proposals)

Strong customer interaction skills

Spanish required (our agents are Latino)

Position: Sales – Miami
Salary: $15.00 per hour (Full-time)
Commissions: $2.00 per box to all destinations, except Ecuador – $0.50 per box
