Administrative Coordinator - Temp-to-Perm | $25/hr | Fullerton, CA
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in Fullerton, CA. This temp-to-perm position offers the opportunity to support hiring and onboarding processes while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Initiate the application process by providing applications, preparing offer letters, and coordinating background checks and MVRs (Motor Vehicle Reports)
Schedule and track candidate physical testing through Concentra
Follow up with candidates to ensure documentation and testing are completed on time
Organize and coordinate start dates with administrative and fleet teams
Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met under tight timelines
Support various team functions with flexibility and adaptability
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, "go-to" attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with Adobe tools
Willingness to learn and support multiple areas of the team
