Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Tustin, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately using internal systems.
• Provide clear and concise information about products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.
• Assist with outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information.• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Strong skills in order entry and maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with computer systems and customer management tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
