Restaurant Manager (FOH / Floor Manager)
A high-energy neighborhood oyster bar in Boston’s Seaport/Fort Point area is seeking a service-focused Restaurant Manager to join a team of dedicated hospitality professionals. This role is hands-on and guest-facing, with a strong focus on building connections and leading a high-performing service team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead front-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster meaningful connections
- Train, mentor, and support service staff
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism

- Reliable transportation
- FOH experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
- Passion for learning, teaching, and stepping outside your comfort zone
