Remote LICSW Opportunity in Washington

We’re looking for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to deliver virtual therapy to individuals across Washington State. This fully remote role gives you the freedom to set up your workspace wherever you're most comfortable while helping those who need support. Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 per year with full benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Build strong, professional relationships while maintaining ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Support additional clinical responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work.
• Active LICSW license in Washington State.
• Experience in individual, couples, or family therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
