What You’ll Do:

• Support the growth and execution of assigned event marketing campaigns

• Assist in customer acquisition and retention efforts at promotional events

• Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Drive brand recognition through interactive events and promotions

• Engage directly with customers to provide information and build brand loyalty

• Learn and apply visual merchandising, market research, and advertising techniques

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A self-starter with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working both independently and in team settings

• Energetic, positive, and highly motivated

• Willingness to work full-time hours, including some weekends for events

• Interest in travel for occasional training (1–2 times per year)

• 2- or 4-year degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
