Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | Washington

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Location: Kirkland, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care, support patient progress, and ensure a safe and effective rehabilitation process.

We specialize in evidence-based care, helping patients recover from injury, surgery, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions in a modern, supportive environment. Our mission is to deliver exceptional rehabilitation outcomes while maintaining a strong team culture and patient-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities as prescribed.
  • Monitor and document patient response to treatment and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment area.
  • Educate and motivate patients to adhere to their therapy plans and home exercise programs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Washington State PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to patient care.
