Position: Sales Engineer
Requirements:
- Academic Background: Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferably with a professional license).
- Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Minimum English proficiency at C1 level (speaking and writing) for interaction with international clients, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Technical Experience: Deep knowledge of industrial machinery manufacturing processes, mechanical design, or process automation. Ability to understand drawings, technical specifications, and complex industrial requirements.
- Commercial Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical or consultative B2B sales within industrial sectors. Experience managing full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Presentation: Proven ability to deliver effective technical solution presentations, both on-site and via virtual platforms. Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, SolidWorks Composer, AutoCAD, or similar to support presentations is desirable.
- Commercial Empathy and Networking: High social connection skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to develop long-lasting business relationships.
- Results Orientation: Proactive focus on achieving commercial objectives with strategic thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Mobility and Travel Availability: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required by business demands.
Preferred:
- Certifications or diplomas in technical sales, negotiation, or commercial management.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others).
- Previous experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, energy, or related industries.

Technical Skills
- Industrial technical knowledge: In-depth understanding of industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing processes, and/or technology solutions applied to industry.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings: Ability to analyze mechanical, electrical, and control diagrams.
- Technical solution presentation: Expertise in preparing and presenting technical proposals tailored to specific client needs.
- Technical software proficiency: Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. Experience with simulation or 3D design tools is desirable.
- Technical English proficiency: Ability to read, write technical documentation, and communicate fluently with foreign clients.

Compensation:
- Fixed annual salary: $55,000 to USD 60,000
