Skills
o BSc/ BA in Business or relevant fields.
o Desirable MSc/MBA
o Proven experience as CBO, Sales Director or relevant role
o Ability to strategize and solve problems
o Strong leadership and organizational skills
o Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
o Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
