Key Responsibilities

Arrive on time to scheduled workdays and projects.

Assist with surface preparation and installation of high-performance garage flooring.

Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.

Maintain tools and follow proper safety procedures at all times.

Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors to ensure quality installations.

Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized throughout the workday.

Communicate clearly and work efficiently with team members and clients.
Qualifications

No experience requiredwe provide on-the-job training.

Previous construction or laborer experience is a plus.

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Able to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including hot/cold garages.

Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time.

Team-oriented mindset with good communication and time management skills.

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every day.
