We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Avon, New York. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while managing a variety of tasks, from scheduling to board communications.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Executive Director's calendar and provide scheduling assistance to other senior leaders as needed.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute follow-up documentation.
• Coordinate communications with the Board of Directors, including creating well-crafted PowerPoint presentations.
• Draft, review, and edit correspondence and official documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Oversee operational tasks related to student affairs, such as dining services, student IDs, and other student support services.
• Monitor budgets, track receipts, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Handle corporate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Provide support to additional senior leaders as the role evolves.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, with expertise in calendar management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Docs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to create well-structured and precise presentations using PowerPoint.
• Experience managing budgets and handling basic accounting tasks.
• Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
