Talent One Staffing &amp; Recruitment is seeking a Food Production Supervisor for a Food manufacturing company.
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in&nbsp;production, manufacturing, or other related fields</li>
<li>Knowledge of production tools and equipment</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ensure production processes run reliably and efficiently and comply with quality control standards.</li>
<li>Plan and oversee production schedules.</li>
<li>Ensure Production resource requirements are met.</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety standards.</li>
<li>Maintain departmental personnel records and reports on productivity, quality, and attendance.</li>
<li>Develop and implement schedules and scheduling requirements to meet or exceed production plan.</li>
<li>Monitor departmental productivity to ensure that established quality and production levels are maintained or exceeded.</li>
</ul>
 
Skills:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree</li>
<li>Spanish Bilingual</li>
<li>GFSI or SQF training</li>
<li>Must have experience with: GMP procedures, HACCP program.</li>
<li>Experience in Food Manufacturing</li>
<li>Computer Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)</li>
