Job DescriptionMARKETING COORDINATORMonday – Friday8:00 am – 5:00 pm$20.00 per hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Ideal candidates will have experience in oil & gas, marketing, or industrial industries.
  • The role will focus on promoting your company through social media (including daily LinkedIn updates), attending trade shows, and developing marketing materials such as brochures and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across digital, traditional, and social media channels to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications, maintaining a unified voice and message.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and improve engagement.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies to maximize online visibility and conversion rates.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and analyze customer needs to guide decision-making.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI on all marketing efforts.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR to promote employee recognition, including sharing milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries on social media platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in Marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, content creation, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Preferred)
