Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to meet company objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in civil engineering or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) environments.
- Strong background in managing teams, financials, and resource planning.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
- Direct experience working in an AEC firm is required.
