Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how organizations manage their workforce using AI. Recently ranked on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing software companies in the U.S., they are building a category-defining people management platform used by modern, scaling teams.
The Role
This is a high-impact outbound SDR role for someone who wants to build real sales fundamentals fast. You’ll be responsible for generating pipeline, booking high-quality meetings, and helping expand the company into new industry verticals.
This is not a “spray and pray” SDR seat. You’ll run personalized outbound, build POVs on accounts, and work closely with leadership to refine messaging and targeting.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect into target accounts using highly personalized outbound
- Run cold calls, emails, and multi-touch sequences to book qualified meetings
- Educate founders, executives, and senior leaders on the value of the platform
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to prioritize accounts and verticals
- Build and maintain account-specific POVs and messaging
- Convert inbound leads and outbound outreach into qualified opportunities
- Consistently hit activity, pipeline, and meeting targets
- Keep Salesforce clean and up to date with all prospect activity
Non-Negotiables
- 1–5 years of professional sales experience
- At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven outbound prospecting experience
- Comfortable cold calling and handling objections
- High energy, competitive, and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage your own pipeline
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into multiple industry verticals
- Prior startup or high-growth company experience
- History of being a top performer on an SDR or sales team
- Interest in growing into an AE role over time

Compensation Base: $70,000 - $85,000 (flexible for the right person)Total OTE: $110,000 - $125,000 Room for career growth
