About the Role
From product illustrations to presentation decks, the Brand Designer ensures that the Arux brand is presented consistently and accurately across projects and audiences.
You will primarily collaborate with the Director of Design, Product Designer, and members of the Marketing & Sales teams to create a wide range of brand assets for use in digital products, marketing, the Arux website and sales materials, while also supporting marketing campaigns.
This role exists within the design team and will offer an environment for professional development, exploration of design interests, and frequent collaboration with peers.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Design and Marketing Brand Manager to uphold and evolve the Arux visual brand.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to concept and create a variety of assets, including campaign visuals, illustrations, packaging, branded videos, social content, document templates, RFPs, presentation decks, event materials, apparel, landing pages and more.
- Collaborate with the Director of Design and Product Designer to generate branded assets for use across the Arux family of products, including illustrations, icons and motion graphics.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Arux brand system — ensuring cohesion, clarity, and creativity.
- Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that communicate clearly and reflect our brand values.
- Participate in design critiques, seek and give feedback, and work iteratively to improve the quality and impact of your work.
- Stay up-to-date on visual trends and brand storytelling best practices.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects); Figma and Wix experience are a plus.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of brand and visual design work across multiple mediums.
- Experience designing for campaigns (print and digital), print collateral, websites and presentations.
- Experience with or interest in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Marketing & Sales.
- Basic understanding of accessibility in visual design (WCAG 2.1).
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to present and explain design rationale clearly.
Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
