About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and organized professional to manage client communication and scheduling for a professional handyman services/general contracting company. This role is critical to daily operations, ensuring that service requests are processed efficiently, appointments are scheduled accurately, and both clients and technicians are kept informed throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and text
-Schedule jobs using our CRM (Housecall Pro) and Google Calendar, based on technician availability, level of difficulty and job requirements
-Work closely with Project Manager to arrange estimates and Maintain accurate client records, job notes, and calendars in the CRM
-Communicate job details clearly to technicians to ensure proper preparation
-Contact customers to gather additional project information when needed
-Follow up with past clients to collect feedback and request reviews
-Maintain a consistent, professional, and customer-focused tone in all communications.
*The position will begin as a full time onsite role. Once training is complete hybrid will become optional.*
