Pay Rate: $73,395.00 to $101,882.00 DOE

🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols.
- Utilize your skills with medical equipment, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids, to provide advanced medical care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones, ensuring they feel informed and reassured.
- Lead the Paramedic team, taking responsibility for scene and unit management as needed.
- Drive the ambulance during 911 responses, ensuring safe and timely transport.
- Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.
🌍 Community Engagement
- Participate in community programs to enhance AMR's image and build strong community relations.
🔍 Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- State Paramedic License.
- State Driver’s License.
- BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications.
- Driving record in compliance with company policy.
- Pass Physical Agility Test.
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
