What Were Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 12 years of receptionist or office experience preferred, but not required
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred
