• Facilitate clear communication within the team by managing correspondence and disseminating information promptly.
• Accurately input and update data in databases, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support organizational needs.
• Assist in planning and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing relevant materials.
• Attend meetings to take detailed minutes and share comprehensive summaries with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related tasks and liaise with vendors or service providers as needed.
• Support additional administrative tasks to streamline office operations and improve productivity.
• Proven administrative experience in a detail-oriented setting.
