Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitors incoming emails to Loan Operations from branches and directs the information to the appropriate person.
  1. Electronically files imported documents, including those for the Mortgage Loan Department, and tracks documents daily.
  1. Prepares documents necessary to release collateral.
  1. Collects and records items to State and County and delivers local.
  1. Performs Q&A on Synergy maintenance and assist others with Q&A as needed.
  1. Cross trained to back up Maintenance Clerk, Insurance Clerk, Verification Clerk, Balance Clerk, and Financial Clerk.
  1. Cross trained to prepare Board reports as assigned by Supervisor.
  1. Provides the highest level of support to their customers (front-line employees) therefore enabling the front-line employees to sell more bank products and services.
  1. Has a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.
  1. Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings.
  1. Has prompt and regular attendance.
  1. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
  1. Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, and supervisor on a timely basis.
  1. Follows IT Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to follow directions and work well with others
