Your Role
- Oversee and manage residential plumbing operations and service calls
- Lead and develop plumbing technicians for technical excellence and professionalism
- Schedule and track jobs using ServiceTitan and other company systems
- Ensure all work meets Texas plumbing code and company quality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to maintain top-tier service delivery
- Identify growth opportunities within the plumbing department

Qualifications
- Texas Master Plumbing License (Required)
- 5+ years of residential service and repair experience
- Proficient in computers (Required) and ServiceTitan software
- Proven leadership, training, and management ability
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, customer-first image and attitude
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
Bilingual is a plus
