Job Title: Entry-Level In-Office Sales Agent
Location: 75-167 Hualalai Road Kailua-Kona Hi 96740
Job Opportunity: This is an Entry-Level In-Office Sales Agent role with a base pay from $18 to $23 hourly.
Total Compensation: $70K to $100K annually with top producers earning over $120K + annually.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
- Outbound and in-bound sales communication
- Composing emails and text messages
- Offering additional products to existing customers
- Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
- Participating in professional development and training
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Sales Experience
- Must obtain P&C license in Resident State during paid training period
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A drive for success
