Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Deliver expert nursing care in a dynamic Surgical Services environment. This contract opportunity calls for a skilled Operating Room RN to support perioperative processes including pre-op, intraoperative, and PACU care, with a focus on both pediatric and adult patients. The role involves OR circulating duties and providing on-call PACU coverage, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform circulating duties in the operating room
- Manage on-call post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) coverage
- Provide high-quality care in both Pediatric (PEDS) and PACU settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative care for surgical patients
