Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers regarding orders, services, and inquiries.
• Manage order entry processes efficiently, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and updated.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with customers by addressing concerns and providing solutions with attention to detail.
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company procedures to provide informed assistance.
• Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.• Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Proficiency in order entry and database management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the logistics and distribution industry is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in work processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing demands.
