The Director of Operations will lead a medium-sized team, driving improvements in speed, efficiency, quality, and cost-reduction within the services and fencing industries. This role involves moderate cross-department collaboration to optimize operational workflows and deliver superior results aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 11-50 operations staff to meet performance targets
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational speed and quality
- Develop and oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards
- Lead projects focused on cost reduction and efficiency enhancements
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Expertise in operations management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong skills in project management and process improvement
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
