A leading digital team is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to elevate the design and usability of a major public website, digital banking platform, and mobile app. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in secure, compliant, membercentric financial environments and knows how to turn complex workflows into intuitive digital journeys.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Compliance teams to craft seamless, accessible, and regulationready experiences across web and mobile.
What You’ll Work On

Designing responsive websites and native iOS/Android apps

Creating user journeys for:

Online & mobile banking

Account on-boarding
-
Loan & credit card applications

Payments, transfers, bill pay

Digital servicing flows
-

Building personas, user flows, IA, journey maps, and interactive prototypes

Conducting user research and usability testing

Maintaining and scaling design systems

Ensuring WCAG 2.x and ADA compliance

Applying design methodologies (Design Thinking, UCD, Double Diamond)

Supporting secure, compliant financial UI with attention to disclosures and fraudprevention patterns
What You Bring

10+ years of UX design experience

Advanced Figma expertise — autolayout, components, prototyping, design systems

Experience designing for credit unions, banks, or fintech

Strong understanding of digital banking workflows

Background in Salesforce Administration and Functional Design

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial UX

Ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams
