Your Role
We are currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care and help us foster more smiles and unforgettable experiences. Your Responsibilities:
As a Dental Hygienist, your duties will include:
- Providing quality and compassionate care to each patient
- Administering direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments under a dentist's supervision
- Delivering excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
- Educating patients and their families on oral hygiene practices
- Evaluating dental conditions and reviewing patients' medical histories
- Complying with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Guiding patients and their families through the treatment process
- Assisting with dental and periodontal charting as necessary
- Taking x-rays and ensuring they are saved in patient records when required
- Creating memorable patient experiences through empathy and care
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including a hands-on skills assessment (required upon hire)
