Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 5-month contract opportunity in Parma, ID, with possible extensions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong order management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support the full order lifecycle, maintain accurate customer account information, and help ensure customers receive timely updates related to orders, inventory, shipping, and delivery. This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, structured weekday hours, and a hybrid work schedule that offers a balance of onsite teamwork and remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate will bring proven customer service or order processing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders from entry through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Enter, update, and maintain order details and customer account information in company systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, inventory availability, shipping timelines, delivery updates, complaints, and claims.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve order issues and support smooth fulfillment.
- Assist with invoicing, order documentation, customer master data maintenance, and related administrative support.
- Provide professional support to Sales and Account Managers while helping maintain a positive customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $23.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Type: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
- Location: Parma, ID.
- Duration: 5-month contract with possible extensions.
