Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sales calls, recruiting, onboarding, and dispatching temporary employees while providing excellent service to both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
- Perform sales calls (cold calling, follow-up calls, customer visits, building sales prospect in CRM database)
- Match employees to client job orders based on skills and experience
- Complete new hire paperwork, orientations, and compliance documentation
- Dispatch employees and confirm attendance and job performance
- Build strong client relationships through communication and site visits
- Resolve client and employee concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Assist with payroll, timecard verification, and invoicing support
- Assist with the collection process
- Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE use
- Support branch sales efforts and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or customer service preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation required
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule
Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and flexibility based on client needs.
