Job Title: Custom HVAC and Chiller Unit Assembler
Mon–Thurs: 5:30am–3:00pm Fri: 5:30am–10:00am $20 - $23
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in building custom commercial rooftop units and chiller units for data centers. This role involves using various hand and power tools, assisting with shop maintenance, and supporting fellow assemblers. As you grow in the position, opportunities to expand into other areas will be available.
Responsibilities
- Build custom HVAC and chiller units using hand and power tools.
- Assist with general shop maintenance, including sweeping, shrink wrapping, and clean-up tasks.
- Support fellow assemblers in their work to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions for accurate construction.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Basic mechanical assembly skills.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry or with sheet metal is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Work Environment
Work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse with high ceilings and ample natural light. The facility is equipped with modern machinery and assembly areas. Our small, close-knit team enjoys a family-like atmosphere, with frequent employee appreciation events and holiday parties. The first shift operates Monday to Friday, with casual dress code and steel toe boots required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
