Job Title: Lead Glazier Technician
Pay: $32–$34 per hour (Depending on Experience) — We will beat your current pay
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Install and upgrade custom glass products including shower enclosures, mirrors, railings, and more
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings (preferred)
Deliver excellent customer service and professional on-site support
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of jobs and materials
Follow all safety standards and installation codes

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in glass installation or a related trade
Proficiency with glass types, installation tools, hardware, and framing systems
Physical ability to handle heavy materials and demanding jobsite conditions
Reliable, self-driven, and comfortable leading or working in a team
Flexibility for full-time scheduling and potential travel
Valid driver’s license required
Background in construction or custom glasswork strongly preferred
