Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager within a fire alarm company
- Extensive experience managing electrical and fire alarm projects
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in reviewing plans and specifications and participating in project cost reviews
- Strong coordination skills with field teams regarding project performance
- Good understanding of each project's requirements
Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in developing department standards and procedures
- Ability to document all aspects of project progress, including contracts, financials, scope of work, materials, and coordination
- Skills in scheduling teams of installers and programmers for assigned projects
- Strong accountability for the overall success of installation and project performance
