Location: Buffalo, NY 14263, United States
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Job Type: 3 Months Temp to Engage
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 30-min lunch, 40 hours/week
Dress Code: Business Casual
Travel: Minimal; parking reimbursed

Position Overview
The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides high-level operational and customer service support for managed services onsite. This role involves responding to service tickets on office equipment, assisting with installations, dispatching technicians as needed, and performing light physical tasks including lifting and moving equipment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
• Clear paper jams, maintain convenience copiers, and ensure equipment functionality.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate with technicians.
• Deliver completed jobs and supplies to various locations within the site.
• Maintain logs, inventories, and billing records for services performed.
• Perform bindery, QC, final checks, and housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with meeting room setups, building occupant moves, and light maintenance.
• Use office equipment including calculators, fax machines, postage meters, and PCs.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries regarding job status.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required; copy or office equipment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Proficiency in PC usage, office machines, and technical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50–55 lbs and push/pull machines up to 700 lbs.
