Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office workflow.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office and select manufacturing supplies.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols for administrative and shared factory areas.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to production, engineering, and sales departments.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for office services and utilities.
  • Maintain office budget, process invoices, and track administrative expenses.
  • Implement and manage document control systems for company records, including production-related documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Familiarity with basic HR administrative processes (e.g., onboarding, record-keeping) and financial support tasks (e.g., invoicing, expense reports).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA requirements
  • Experience with procurement processes for production materials or MRO supplies
  • Ability to support HR functions for hourly or production staff
