The Opportunity Patriot Landscape Maintenance is currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Laborer/Driver to join our team in Phoenix! We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier residential landscape care to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for safely driving company vehicles to various properties and working hands-on to keep our clients' yards looking their absolute best. What You Will Do

Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from residential job sites across the Phoenix area.

Perform routine residential landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, and weed control.

Operate, clean, and maintain a variety of landscaping tools and power equipment.

Ensure all properties are left immaculate and meet our high quality standards before moving to the next site.

Work effectively and safely alongside crew members in an outdoor environment.
What You Need (Requirements)

Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (Required).

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in residential landscape maintenance.

Strong knowledge of standard landscaping equipment and safe operating procedures.

Ability to perform physical labor, lift heavy equipment, and work consistently in various weather conditions (including summer heat).

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
